Question 1

Is it really free?

Accepted Answer

Yes. Streamers pay nothing — no fees, no contributions. TikTok pays the agency for bringing streamers.

Question 2

Why does a streamer need an agency if you can just go live on your own?

Accepted Answer

You can stream on your own. An agency gives you what a solo streamer doesn't have: access to TikTok LIVE programs and tools, stream reviews and strategy, a personal manager, and help when your account gets blocked. Without a system the streams happen, but the results never add up.

Question 3

How much can you earn streaming on TikTok LIVE?

Accepted Answer

Nobody can name an exact figure. Income comes from viewer gifts and depends on how often and how long you go live, your topic, and your audience size. The range is huge: pocket money at the start, a main income for those who stream every day. We don't promise numbers — we help you build streams so the gifts grow.

Question 4

What are coins and diamonds on TikTok, and how does a streamer get paid?

Accepted Answer

Viewers buy coins and use them to send gifts during your stream. Gifts convert into diamonds on the streamer's balance, and diamonds are withdrawn from the app to the payout method you choose. The money goes from TikTok straight to the streamer — the agency never holds it and takes no share of it.

Question 5

Which countries do you work with?

Accepted Answer

Kosta Media works with streamers from Kazakhstan, Uzbekistan, Kyrgyzstan, Tajikistan, Turkmenistan, Azerbaijan, Armenia, Georgia and Mongolia. Onboarding and day-to-day contact happen in the language that suits you.

Question 6

What should I do if my account is banned or my stream is blocked?

Accepted Answer

First: don't delete the account and don't start a new one — that makes recovery harder. File an appeal in the app and keep screenshots of the block. Kosta Media streamers get a manager on it: we work out the reason, prepare the appeal and push it through the agency channel, which is faster than writing to support yourself.

Question 7

How many followers do I need?

Accepted Answer

No strict threshold. We look at potential and at your willingness to stream regularly.

Question 8

Is the agency for beginners or only for streamers who already go live?

Accepted Answer

Both. Beginners get the basics: how to open a stream, how to hold a viewer, what to watch in the first weeks. Streamers who are already live get their weak spots found and the gaps that hold back growth removed.

Question 9

Are you TikTok representatives?

Accepted Answer

No. We are an official TikTok partner agency by contract. These are different roles: representatives work for the platform, we work for streamers.

Question 10

Can I be in two agencies at once?

Accepted Answer

No. A streamer can only be connected to one TikTok agency at a time. Leaving your current one and joining another is possible — with us the exit is free, with no fines and no notice period.

Question 11

Can I leave the agency?

Accepted Answer

Yes, anytime. No fines, no lock-ins.

Question 12

What languages do you work in?

Accepted Answer

Russian, English, Kazakh, Uzbek, Kyrgyz, Azerbaijani, Georgian, Armenian, Tajik and Turkmen. We match you with a manager who speaks your language.
